You should receive an email confirmation of your order shortly after placing it.  This is not a shipping confirmation. Orders will be packaged and set out to be picked up by the shipping company within2-5 business days of the order confirmation. You will then receive an email with the tracking number when the package is ready to be shipped.

We ship our parts through UPS and USPS. Transit times vary by location with most locations taking approximately 2-4 business days if shipping through UPS. If your parts ship through USPS, it will approximately be 3-10 business days to receive your parts.

Logan Coach is happy to take returns if they apply to the following:

Standard items that are pulled off the shelf, or stock items, will get up to 30 days to return with no restocking fee. If you would like to return an item that is between 31-60 days of receiving it, we will add a 20% restocking fee.

A built item will have a two week return policy once the item has been delivered. There will be a 20% restocking fee.

A custom built item will not be able to have any type of return or exchange.

We will not take returns on any discontinued or clearance items.
